After Quarter 1 in 2018, PrimeTime Gains Momentum

The New Year’s first trimester is in the books, and PrimeTime Amusements and Xtreme Action Park continue to grow at a steady clip with new ventures and opportunities on the horizon.
After ending 2017 with a bang, PrimeTime was busy behind the scenes striking new partnerships and adding various acquisitions to its portfolio. PrimeTime’s golden goose, Xtreme Action Park, also owned by David Goldfarb, has just added the world’s largest crane machine to its vast array of arcades, and the machine has already been met with plenty of acclaim and awe.
“X-treme Big One”, stands at a whopping 12 feet, 8 feet wide and 10 feet long and comes with an LCD flat-screen TV as a display and contains mid-sized plush toys as prizes. This beast of a crane-machine is only just one part of Xtreme Action Park’s continuous revamping and expansion plans. Beyond the addition of X-treme Big One, the ropes course is currently being expanded yet again. This will be the second major expansion of Xtreme Action Park’s renowned ropes course, and will feature more challenging obstacles and potentially even a zip-line.
“We’re always trying to grow and reinvent ourselves so we don’t stay behind the curve”, said Goldfard, “we realize that we have to keep our attractions fresh and updated, and so we keep investing in ourselves, which means ultimately we are investing in our customers’ enjoyment.”
David Goldfarb’s bid to assemble the world’s greatest indoor amusement center doesn’t stop at just attractions. On Friday, Xtreme Action Park hosted its 4th sanctioned MMA fight event, promoted by Titan Fighting Championship. Titan FC culminated in a barn-burner, with two Hard Knocks 365 fighters earning victories on the night. “People may not know this, but Florida is a huge fight state”, said David Goldfarb. “We sell out the venue each and every time because there’s a huge fandom behind MMA here. In ways, we look to be a mini MGM-grand for MMA in Fort Lauderdale, and so far it’s been an outright success”. Titan FC still has multiple fights left on its contract with Xtreme Action Park, and given the numerous crowds the promotion has drawn, there’s no doubt we will see more MMA events in the near future.
And finally, the PrimeTime Amusements have just signed a major operating deal with the newly built “Gecko Parx”. The facility is a 35,000 square-foot trampoline park that will feature over 50 PrimeTime arcades, located in the heart of Weston, a highly suburban area west of Fort Lauderdale proper. This deal is just one of many that will see PrimeTime Amusements supply and operate future Gecko Parx with full assortments of Arcades. Goldfarb was delighted with the deal, stating “the trampoline park industry is a fast-growing one, and I have full trust in John Duran (Gecko Parx owner) as a proprietor. Using both of our talents, we can really make Gecko Parx a house-hold name in the South Florida area”.
